Adeola Russell
Psychotherapist, trainer, and group facilitator

Adeola Russell is an integrative counsellor, activist, trainer, and facilitator with a deep commitment to building connection and empowerment. She has extensive experience running support groups for Black and African Caribbean communities and for neurodivergent individuals, creating safe spaces where participants feel seen, heard, and validated.

Passionate about group work, Adeola’s practice is grounded in empathy, understanding, and a non-judgemental approach to personal and collective growth. Her unique perspective is shaped by a diverse career spanning central government strategy, higher education lecturing, and corporate consultancy, allowing her to bridge insights across disciplines to enrich her work.
